Grayson Allison is a Director at Bain Capital Credit, where he serves as sector head for construction and chemicals and a portfolio manager within the Liquid & Structured Credit team. His investing focuses on corporate credit across CLOs and other liquid credit vehicles rather than fixed early-stage equity check sizes, with exposure spanning a broad range of institutional ticket sizes. Before joining Bain Capital in 2017, he worked at Fidelity Investments and Wells Fargo in credit and investment roles, building deep experience in fundamental credit analysis. He holds a degree from North Carolina State University and is based in Boston.
