Grace Mollard is a Principal at Bain Capital Private Equity, where she works in the consumer-focused Portfolio Group, currently with a global remit that has included both North America and Asia-Pacific. She focuses on consumer-facing businesses, particularly retail and consumer internet brands, typically investing at growth and later stages in the roughly $1M–$100M range. Her work centers on value-creation in portfolio companies, including beauty and wellness brands, using operational and strategic levers to drive growth. She joined Bain Capital in 2016 after earlier roles within the firm’s North American consumer team and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
