Ginger Rothrock is a Senior Director at HG Ventures, the corporate venture arm of The Heritage Group, where she focuses on hardtech investments in advanced materials, infrastructure, environmental solutions, and industrial systems, with typical investment ranges between $1M and $9.0M. She leverages her experience as a scientist-entrepreneur and Kauffman Fellow to bridge technical credibility with business intelligence, having previously served as Vice President of Technology and Commercialization at RTI International. Ginger holds a doctorate degree in chemistry and has experience as a company founder and corporate incubation and commercialization lead.
