George Bischof is a Partner at Meritech Capital Partners in Palo Alto, California, where he leads Series B investments in Enterprise, Enterprise Applications, and FinTech startups. His most recent investment was in Checkout.com. Prior to joining Meritech, he was Vice President in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs, advising on M&A and capital markets, and began his career as an analyst at McKinsey & Company. He holds a BA in economics from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and he serves on the board of directors of several SaaS and enterprise software companies.
