Gary Offner is Senior Vice President and Head of Nasdaq Ventures, Nasdaq’s global venture investing program. He focuses on early-stage to growth investments (Seed, Series A and Series B) in market infrastructure, data and analytics, anti-financial crime, blockchain and digital assets, ESG tools, new marketplaces and enabling technologies such as AI, typically within a $100K to $5.0M check range. Previously, he was a Managing Director leading Principal Strategic Investments at Morgan Stanley, where he backed platforms including the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, BATS Global Markets and the National Stock Exchange of India. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
