About Investor

Gabriele Papievyte is Head of Ventures at XTX Markets, leading XTX Ventures, the venture capital arm of the algorithmic trading firm, which invests $500K-$5M in seed to Series A startups applying machine learning. She joined XTX Ventures as an Investment Manager in August 2023 and was subsequently promoted to Head of Ventures. She sits on the boards of portfolio companies Iomed and Turbine, and leads the unit's partnership with deeptech venture scheme Conception X. She previously had a brief stint at Octopus Ventures (early 2023) and, before that, spent three years as an Investment Associate at iNovia Capital (2020-2022), focusing on Digital Health and Life Sciences and serving on the boards of portfolio companies including Neo4j, Zwift, BenchSci, Forward Health, Apheris, and LabGenius. She holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and completed executive education in Management & Data Strategy at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
