Gabriel T. Rozman is the founder and CEO (and chairman) of Tokai Ventures, an early-stage investment and advisory firm with a strong Latin American focus. As an angel via Tokai Ventures he backs tech-enabled startups in sectors such as AgTech, payments, insurance, security, marketplaces, SaaS, digital health, e-commerce and direct-to-consumer, mainly in LatAm, with a verified investment range of $100K to $5.0M and a sweet spot around $1.5M, typically from pre-seed through Series A. His career includes serving as President of TCS Iberoamerica and executive vice president for emerging markets at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing operations across Latin America, Spain, Portugal, the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Eastern Europe. Before TCS he spent about 30 years at Ernst & Young in international consulting leadership and later held CEO roles at major software firms in Mexico, alongside board and advisory positions with organizations such as ACCION and Endeavor.
