Fred Wilson is a Managing Partner at Union Square Ventures, focusing on Social Networks, Web3/Blockchain, and Enterprise, primarily at Seed and Series A stages, with a typical investment range of $1M to $6.0M. He has been a venture capitalist since 1987 and co-founded Union Square Ventures in addition to founding Flatiron Partners. Fred holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
