Francis Pollara is a Los Angeles–based investor and four-time founder who leads strategy and innovation work across mobility and urban infrastructure while investing through his own platform and personal angel activity. His investing footprint is concentrated in climate and clean tech, transportation and urban mobility, energy, space, logistics, real estate and software (including marketplaces and SaaS), typically from pre-seed to Series B. e has held roles such as Director of Strategy & Development at Urban Movement Labs and advisor at Starburst Aerospace, and previously worked in strategy and design-driven product roles after earning an MBA from USC Marshall and a design degree from ArtCenter College of Design.
