Filip Soenen serves as Managing Partner at 3MER Partners, specializing in secondary opportunities within venture capital with investments across all sectors at Series A and Seed stages, with investment ranges between €1,000,000 and €10,000,000. He also serves as the CFO of Troismer, the Family Office created in 2006 by Léon Seynave, bringing experience from previous roles at Corilus and Toyota Motor Europe. Filip has developed expertise in financial management and venture capital transactions, focusing on providing liquidity solutions to stakeholders like LPs and other holders of venture assets. He is based in Brussels and holds education from Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School.
