Fabian Aguilar is a Partner at Angel Ventures in Mexico City, where he manages funds for one of Latin America's leading early-stage VC firms, focusing on investment strategy across the region, leading investment initiatives, managing LP relationships, and guiding cross-border syndications. He also co-leads new fund strategies, including venture debt and partnerships with corporate VCs. He invests from seed through Series B in AgTech, retail, biotech, consumer internet, health IT and fintech, with a verified investment range of $1M to $10.0M and a sweet spot around $5.0M. His work background includes more than a decade at Angel Ventures (from analyst to senior analyst, associate, senior associate, principal, vice president of investments and now partner) and a parallel role as a lecturer in private equity and venture capital at Universidad Anáhuac and ITAM, built on a finance and international business education from ITAM and Universidad Anáhuac.
