Eric Heinz is the Founder and Managing Partner at Heinz Ventures, LLC, focusing on investments in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, digital health, biotech, and diagnostics companies from pre-seed through seed stages, with investment ranges typically between $50K and $750K. With more than two decades in the medtech industry, Eric began his career as an engineer at Medtronic Sofamor Danek and has built a track record spanning twelve functional specialties, having led teams that developed regulated medical products generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. He holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business, a Biodesign Graduate Certificate from Stanford University, and is actively involved in mentoring emerging innovators through various programs and organizations.
