Eric Erb is a Partner and Managing Director at Bain Capital Private Equity, based in Hong Kong. He invests across the Financial & Business Services and Technology verticals as part of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team, focusing on growth and buyout-stage transactions; venture databases list his typical investment range as $100K to $5.0M for direct and co-investment deals. Eric joined Bain Capital in 2009 and is also a member of the firm’s recruiting team. Earlier in his career he was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, serving consumer, retail and industrial clients in North America and Asia, and he holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
