Eoin Duane is a Managing Director at Insight Partners. His investing focus is technology and software, with a strong emphasis on structured equity and opportunities-style investing, most often in later-stage growth and private equity transactions, with an investment range of $10.0M to $350.0M. He runs Insight’s Opportunities Fund strategies and is active in board oversight across multiple portfolio companies. Before joining Insight in 2021, he spent 13 years investing in public and private technology companies, including roles at Guggenheim Partners and the private equity arm of Elliott Management.
