Emily Paxhia is a Managing Partner at Poseidon Asset Management, where she focuses on investments in AgTech, Consumer Health, and Consumer Internet companies at Seed and Series A stages with an investment range of $250K - $3.0M. Paxhia co-founded Poseidon in 2013 with her brother Morgan, creating one of the longest running dedicated cannabis investment funds. She has reviewed thousands of companies in the cannabis industry and has worked with countless founders in various capacities, including holding board seats for multiple portfolio companies. Paxhia has over 10 years of experience as a consultant and researcher, extracting actionable insights from research to help corporations function more efficiently. She graduated from New York University with an M.A. in Psychology and from Skidmore College with a B.A. in Psychology, and is based in San Francisco, California.
