Earnest Sweat is a Partner at GreatPoint Ventures, where he focuses on investments in Cloud Infrastructure, E-commerce, Real Estate/PropTech, Manufacturing, Logistics, and SaaS companies at Series A and Series B stages with an investment range of $4.0M - $12.0M. Sweat has over 10 years of experience in venture capital, including founding Prologis Ventures and investing at GreatPoint Ventures. He is currently building Stresswood, a conviction-led Series A venture firm, and previously founded Public School Ventures. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area where he actively supports diverse founders and companies across North America.
