Duarte Mineiro is a Managing Partner at Armilar Venture Partners and is based in Lisbon, Portugal. He focuses on SaaS, FinTech, cybersecurity, and digital health companies from the Pre-seed stage through Series A. His investment work centers on scalable software, digital financial products, technologies that protect systems and data, and solutions that improve healthcare access and delivery.
