Dr. Serg Bell is the Founder and General Partner of Constructor Capital, based in Zurich, Switzerland. He focuses on DeepTech and artificial intelligence companies at the Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A stages. His work centers on founders developing complex technologies with the potential to reshape industries and create scalable global businesses. As the firm’s founder, Serg plays a central role in defining its investment strategy, selecting opportunities, and supporting portfolio leadership teams. He works with companies as they transform technical breakthroughs into commercially viable products and prepare for international expansion. Constructor Capital invests between $1 million and $15 million, with a typical investment of around $5 million, and Serg is recognized as a lead investor.
