Dr. Matthias Winter is the Managing Director and a General Partner at Constructor Capital in Zurich. He focuses on software for small and medium-sized businesses as well as cloud infrastructure companies. His preferred investment stages are Seed and Series A, when companies are beginning to prove market demand and expand their operations. Matthias helps evaluate business models, product scalability, customer adoption, and the long-term potential of digital platforms. As a General Partner, he also plays an active role in leading investments and supporting portfolio companies with strategic and commercial development. Constructor Capital invests between $1 million and $15 million, with a sweet spot near $5 million, and Matthias is identified as a lead investor.
