Douglas (Doug) Sylvester is a General Partner at Xcellerant Ventures in Phoenix, Arizona. He focuses on early-stage healthtech and medtech companies, typically leading seed and Series A rounds. He holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto, a J.D. from the University of Buffalo School of Law, and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, and most recently served as Dean of the Arizona State University College of Law.
