Donald Guloien is the Founder and President of Guloien Capital, where he invests in early-stage companies from Toronto. His focus includes Enterprise technology, AI, FinTech, and DeepTech businesses at the Pre-seed and Seed stages. He looks for founders developing products that can solve significant operational, financial, or technical challenges. His investments generally range from $100K to $1.5M, with a preferred commitment of approximately $700K. As a lead investor, he is involved in evaluating management teams, reviewing business strategies, and helping companies prepare for growth. His wide sector experience allows him to assess both software-led businesses and complex technology ventures. Through Guloien Capital, he supports founders as they move from early product development toward commercial scale.
