Dominykas Milašius works as a Venture Scout at Baltic Sandbox, where he is responsible for discovering promising DeepTech and AI startups before they reach mainstream investors. Based in London, he focuses on companies raising Pre-seed and Seed funding, typically within the $10K to $100K investment range, with an average investment of $50K. He spends much of his time identifying talented founders, evaluating emerging technologies, and introducing high-quality opportunities to the investment team. His work helps expand Baltic Sandbox's deal pipeline across Europe. While he is not a lead investor, he plays an important role in sourcing future portfolio companies.
