Dmitrij Sosunov is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Firstpick, where he helps build and finance the next generation of Baltic technology companies. Operating from Vilnius, he invests in SaaS, AI, and Enterprise startups at the Pre-seed and Seed stages. He works with founders from the earliest phase, helping them validate ideas, develop business models, and prepare for institutional funding. His investments generally range from $10K to $1M, with a preferred commitment of about $500K. As a lead investor, he plays an active role in setting investment strategy and guiding portfolio companies through growth challenges. His focus on scalable software and artificial intelligence reflects his interest in products capable of serving international markets. Through Firstpick, he combines capital with hands-on operational and strategic support.
