Diana Melencio is a General Partner at XRC Ventures’ Brand Capital Fund, where she manages the investment process and team across the firm’s funds. She focuses on pre-seed through Series A in retail tech, consumer internet and direct-to-consumer brands, as well as health IT and digital health, with typical equity investments in the $1M–$5.0M range. Before XRC, she was an investor at WISE Ventures and previously built and scaled several consumer and brand-focused businesses as a founder and operator. Her experience blends hands-on startup building, institutional investing and macro views on retail and consumer trends.
