Devon Bostock is the founder of Expansion Growth Capital, an investment platform he launched after serving as a Managing Director at TriplePoint Capital, where he led venture lending and growth financing for high-growth technology companies. At TriplePoint he focused on enterprise software, fintech, SaaS and direct-to-consumer companies at later stages, typically Series A and beyond, with deal sizes in roughly the $10M–$50M range. His background spans more than a decade in venture debt and growth capital, including senior roles at Silicon Valley Bank’s technology banking group and other specialty finance platforms. He brings a financing-lens to founder relationships, often structuring non-dilutive or hybrid capital for VC-backed companies rather than pure equity.
