Devin O’Reilly is a Partner and Head of Healthcare for Bain Capital’s North America Private Equity business, effectively operating at a Managing Director level in Boston. He leads buyout and growth investments across healthcare providers, services and technology, with an investment range of roughly $1M–$100.0M when looking at Bain’s equity checks across seed-like growth extensions through large control transactions. His responsibilities include sourcing, executing and overseeing healthcare deals in both North America and, previously, Europe, where he led the firm’s European private equity healthcare team. Before joining Bain Capital in 2005 he worked at Bain & Company and in software-industry corporate development and general management roles.
