Deek Velagandula is a Principal at Waverley Capital, a venture capital firm focused exclusively on innovation and disruption in the global media, entertainment, and sports industries, founded in 2017 by Edgar Bronfman Jr. and Daniel Leff. He joined Waverley as a Senior Associate in 2021 before being promoted to Principal. He focuses on seed through Series B investments in AR/VR, Social Commerce, Web3/Crypto, Entertainment & Sports, Gaming/eSports, Media/Content, Social Networks, Consumer Internet, AudioTech, and Creator/Passion Economy, with checks between $500K and $10.0M.
