Dawid Bienkowski serves as Managing Partner at Warsaw Equity Group, focusing on investments in Enterprise, ClimateTech/CleanTech, and Manufacturing sectors at Series A and Series B stages, with investment ranges between $4,000,000 and $15,000,000. He joined Warsaw Equity Group in May 2020 as Human Capital Partner, focused on elevating leadership and organizational potential, and became Managing Partner for Value Creation in 2023. With almost two decades of global HR experience, Dawid learned his biggest lessons at Fortune 500s like Bridgestone, Whirlpool, Electrolux, and Henkel—recruiting leaders, delivering M&A projects, and driving cultural change across the US, China, Italy, and Poland. Despite his corporate background, launching three startups—a B2B recruitment marketplace, peanut butter brand, and EdTech app—taught him humility about entrepreneurship.
