David Reshef is a Venture Partner at GV (Google Ventures), where he focuses on investments in AI, BioTech, Consumer Internet, Enterprise, Health IT, and Health & Hospital Services companies from Seed through Series B stages with an investment range of $250K - $50.0M. Reshef is a computer scientist, physician, and venture partner whose career has focused on using machine learning to identify and characterize structure in high-dimensional data. He holds an M.D. from Harvard Medical School and a Ph.D. in computer science from MIT, where he was a Soros Fellow and National Science Foundation Fellow. Clinically, he trained in internal medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital and fellowship in hematology/oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Mass General Brigham. Reshef is based in San Francisco, California where he supports GV's investments in machine learning, healthcare, and life sciences.
