David Lincoln is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Activate Capital and is based in Philadelphia, United States. He invests in logistics and supply chain technology companies at the Series B and Series C stages. His work centers on businesses developing scalable solutions for transportation, distribution, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency. David generally invests between $10M and $40M, with a preferred ticket of approximately $20M. As a lead investor, he plays an active role in company selection, financing strategy, and long-term portfolio support. Through Activate Capital, he helps established technology companies accelerate growth and strengthen the infrastructure supporting global commerce.
