Dasha Maggio is Partner and Co-Chief Operating Officer at Felicis Ventures, an early-stage venture firm based in San Francisco. She invests $500K to $15.0M primarily at seed and Series A in e-commerce, consumer internet and enterprise software, and she helped create Felicis’s Founder Success function and the 1% founder development pledge. Before joining Felicis in 2013 she worked as a management consultant and later at sweetgreen, where she helped launch and manage a line of bottled cold-pressed juices. Her background combines operating, brand and organizational work with more than a decade of hands-on venture experience supporting founders.
