Dara Willoughby (née Leung) is Managing Director at The Raine Group in New York, a media, entertainment, sports, and gaming investment bank and principal investment firm. Since 2015 she has been involved in over $15 billion of gaming transactions at Raine, including Caesars' sale of Playtika to Shanghai Giant Network Technology, Churchill Downs' sale of Big Fish Games to Aristocrat, CCP Games' sale to Pearl Abyss, and Epic Games' $1.25 billion capital raise in 2018. She led Raine's gaming investments in Huuuge Games (Warsaw Stock Exchange: HUG) and Games24x7, and serves on the board of Voldex (home to Brookhaven, the most visited game on Roblox). Previously, she was General Partner at London Venture Partners focused on seed and Series A gaming investments. She also served as Director of Finance and Corporate Development at Epic Games, where she was involved in the acquisitions of Tonic Games, RAD Game Tools, and Psyonix, as well as multi-billion dollar private capital raises. Earlier she was an Associate at The Raine Group (returning later as MD), VP at Accretive, and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. She holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
