Daniel Wagner is Senior Managing Director, Investments and Bio Team Director at Connecticut Innovations. He focuses on life sciences, typically investing $150K to $7.0M at seed, Series A and Series B in biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Over his tenure he has led or assisted investments in numerous publicly listed and acquired companies such as Arvinas, Biohaven, Cara Therapeutics, IsoPlexis and Rallybio. Before joining Connecticut Innovations he worked in finance and has since become a key figure in Connecticut’s biotech ecosystem, serving on multiple boards and advisory groups.
