Daniel Frankenstein is Co-Founder and Partner of Joule Ventures, where he invests at the pre-seed and seed stages in Israeli-founded enterprise, SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, and fintech businesses with first checks typically in the $1M to $3M range. Before co-founding Joule, he spent eight years at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) in Washington, D.C., advising Fortune 1000 Chief Financial Officers on industry best practices, and in 2009 led CEB's market entry into Israel. CEB was later acquired by Gartner for $2.7 billion in 2017. Based in New York City, Frankenstein brings a corporate expert's understanding of how seed-stage technology businesses can build early enterprise partnerships to scale faster in the US market.
