Damir Becirovic is Founding Partner and General Partner at Relentless, a New York-based seed-stage venture firm he launched after a decade at Index Ventures, having just closed an $80M debut fund in 2026 to provide "seed capital for founders doing their life's work," with a focus on consumer, community platforms, creator economy, marketplaces, and software for traditionally offline industries, as well as AI-driven companies. He previously spent ten years at Index Ventures (2014-2024/2025), promoted to Partner in November 2020, where he led or participated in investments including Discord, Patreon, Outschool, Rec Room, Captions, Nourish, Pepper, Boulevard, and Backbone. Before Index, he was an investor at Accel, worked in private equity at Apax Partners, and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. He serves as a Board Member at BallerTV and the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
