Conor O’Sullivan is an Investment Director (also listed as Managing Director on some investor databases) at Atlantic Bridge in Dublin, where he focuses on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities for the University Bridge Funds. He typically invests between $100K and $5.0M, with a sweet spot around $1.5M, concentrating on deep tech sectors including AI, cybersecurity, semiconductors, digital health, fintech, robotics and IoT, generally at Seed and Series A/B stages. Before joining Atlantic Bridge in 2021, he was a Vice President at Paladin Capital Group, an Investment Manager at Seraphim Capital, and Head of Business Strategy at the UK government-funded Satellite Applications Catapult, supporting over 100 space-tech startups. Earlier, he spent five years in sales, trading and operational roles at two global investment banks and holds a BA in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
