Chuck Davis is a Venture Partner (Operating Partner) at TCV, where he focuses on investments in MarketingTech, E-commerce, Media/Content, and Consumer Internet companies at Seed, Series A, and Series B stages with an investment range of $10.0M - $30.0M. Davis is the Chairman and CEO of Prodege, a Los Angeles-based internet, media, and marketing company, and previously served as President and CEO of Shopzilla (acquired for $569M) and Chairman and CEO of Fandango (acquired by Comcast). He started his career in publishing before becoming the first president of e-commerce for The Walt Disney Company, and holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area where he actively supports portfolio companies in the consumer internet and digital media sectors.
