About Investor

Chris is an investor at Torch Capital - an early-stage consumer tech funds based in NYC. While investing across the consumer tech spectrum, Chris leads Torch's fintech practice and has led investments in Embed, Domain, and more. Chris leads investments out of the Torch core fund (pre-seed - Series A) and Torch's later-stage fund (primarily Series B/C). Prior to Torch he worked at Red Sea Ventures and was a VC Fellow at General Catalyst while at Columbia Business School. In a prior life he worked in trading at Goldman Sachs.
