Christian Berg is an Investment Director at bmp Ventures and is based in Magdeburg, Germany. He invests in hardware and SMB software companies from the Pre-seed stage through Series A. His work covers founders developing physical technologies and digital tools that improve how smaller businesses operate and grow. Christian generally invests between $550K and $5.5M, with a preferred commitment of approximately $3M. As a lead investor, he participates actively in evaluating products, structuring investments, and supporting company development. Through bmp Ventures, he helps technical and software-focused startups move from early concepts toward sustainable commercial businesses.
