Christian B. Sullivan co-founded Republic Capital, the venture arm of Republic, in 2019, and remains connected as a Venture Partner and Advisor, investing between $100K and $5.0M in transportation tech, hardware, SMB software, consumer internet, and fintech across seed through Series B. Since January 2024, he has also served as Operating Partner and Board Member at Gunzilla Games, a AAA video game developer behind the battle royale title "Off The Grid." He is additionally Managing Partner at Human Element Ventures and Founder & Managing Partner at UNIS GP. Across his career, he has invested in over 200 companies, including the seed rounds of Cruise, Relativity Space, Yandex, Yubico, and Ozon, and was an early investor in Initialized Capital and Polychain. He began his career in sales and trading in Moscow in the early 1990s and was a partner at United Financial Group, later sold to Deutsche Bank in 2007. He holds a degree from Connecticut College. He is based in Greenwich, Connecticut.
