He typically invests at the seed stage and is based in the Seattle/Portland area. DeVore has extensive experience in the venture capital industry, previously serving as Managing Director of Techstars Seattle before focusing full-time on Founders' Co-op, which he describes as the region's leading seed-stage venture capital fund. He brings a wealth of experience in identifying and supporting early-stage startups in the Pacific Northwest.
