Cecilia Manduca is a Principal at Talis Capital in London, where she focuses on Seed and Series A investments in ClimateTech, EnergyTech, TechBio/SynBio, deeptech and consumer social/consumer internet. She typically backs companies with checks in the $1M to $10.0M range, with a sweet spot around $5.0M. Before joining Talis, she worked at GrantTree helping UK tech companies secure government R&D funding and has since become a visible voice on sustainability, TechBio and the operator–investor journey.
