Caroline Hultman is an Investment Principal at J12. J12 invests at pre-seed and seed in European companies building AI model and application enablers as well as AI-native products for mission-critical workflows. Before joining J12, Hultman invested on behalf of Alta Advisers, one of Europe’s largest family offices, and previously worked as an M&A Analyst at Greenhill on technology and growth transactions. She is also co-founder and board member of GAIN, a nonprofit focused on increasing female representation in the investment industry.
