Carl Daher is a Principal on the North America Private Equity team at Bain Capital in Boston, focusing on investments in the Technology vertical, including financial-services-adjacent sectors such as insurance, real estate/proptech, fintech, and web3/crypto from Seed through Series B, generally in the $1M to $100.0M range. He joined Bain Capital in 2020 and was promoted to Principal in January 2024. Prior to Bain Capital, he was an Associate at Berkshire Partners, focusing on technology, software, and telecom, and before that a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an AB in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and an SM in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University, graduating summa cum laude, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
