Caitlin Szikszai is a Senior Associate on the investment team at Republic, where she helps lead venture and growth investments as well as crowd-backed rounds for consumer, food and beverage, fintech, web3 and internet brands. Her work centers on late-seed through Series B rounds, with typical checks in the $200K to $5.0M range across both platform-led crowdfunding vehicles and institutional-style funds. Beyond capital deployment, she partners with founders on campaign strategy and investor storytelling so they can “fundraise from the masses” via Republic’s platform.
