Briana van Strijp is CEO and Board Member of Anthemis Group, a global fintech-focused venture investment firm, where she invests from pre-seed through growth stages with seed checks typically in the $2M to $3M range and growth-stage checks around $10M across fintech, insurance, proptech, web3, and AI. She joined Anthemis in 2017, initially leading operations and talent strategy before being promoted to Partner in 2019 and later becoming CEO. Before Anthemis, she was a Strategic Innovation Principal at Suncorp Group in Australia, and she brings over 20 years of global expertise in culture, organizational design, and leadership. She holds a bachelor's degree from Deakin University.
