Brian Zaversnik is Managing Director, Portfolio Management at M-One Capital, the private equity firm formerly known as McCarthy Capital. His investment focus covers growth-oriented businesses in sectors such as retail, media and content, real estate and proptech, IoT, consumer internet, enterprise software and fintech, typically at seed and Series A with investment sizes in the 100K–5M range for earlier-stage deals alongside larger private equity positions. He is responsible for originating and evaluating new investment opportunities, structuring and executing private investments and overseeing portfolio company performance. Zaversnik joined McCarthy Capital in 2013 and is a member of the firm’s investment committee, reflecting a central role in deal selection and governance.
