Brian Wayne is Managing Partner and Co-Founder at CurvePoint Capital, a private credit firm focused on climate technology and the energy transition. He backs climate-tech and sustainable infrastructure companies at growth and later stages using flexible private credit and hybrid capital structures, with typical investment sizes in the $3 million to $20 million range. His focus spans decarbonization technologies, energy transition assets, and other capital-intensive businesses where structured credit can accelerate scaling. Before launching CurvePoint, he spent many years at Aegon Asset Management, where he led Impact Private Debt and co-led the firm’s Climate Solutions strategy.
