Brian Rosenzweig is Co-Founder and Partner of Joule Ventures, a partner-only seed fund he co-founded in 2010 that backs Israeli-founded enterprise technology businesses commercializing in the United States, with first checks typically in the $1M to $3M range. He invests at the pre-seed and seed stages across enterprise, SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, and fintech. Before co-founding Joule, Rosenzweig served as Director of Marketing for New York-based venture fund 21Ventures while living in Tel Aviv, developing and executing market entry and expansion strategies for more than 45 portfolio companies. He holds a BA in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.
