About Investor

Breton Birkhofer is Managing Director, Venture Investments at DivcoWest in San Francisco, where he evaluates, invests in and supports early- and growth-stage technology companies shaping the future of real estate and the urban environment. His investing focuses on climate and clean technology, real estate/proptech and construction tech from seed through Series B, with a typical check range of $100K to $5.0M as reported in investor databases. Before joining DivcoWest in 2020, he helped launch Prologis Ventures, the venture arm of Prologis, investing in technology transforming commerce and the built environment, and earlier managed channel partnerships at Euclid Analytics and worked as an analyst in the Clean Technology investment banking group at Jefferies. He holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
